Danny Bateman
President
Background Information
Danny grew up in southern California and moved to the South Bay in
1992. He began working with B. K. Plastering, Inc. in 1999. As
the crew's Superintendent, he learned the art of plastering from some
of the best artisans in the country. In 2005, Danny earned his C35
Contractor's License for lath and plaster. He is proud to run a
company that has served the South Bay for the last 19 years and produces
work of the highest quality. Danny says, "I love the challenge of
having to do a great job each time out. Every homeowner or general
contractor wants the best. Our goal is to make sure they get what they
want." When he's not working to create beautiful homes, Danny spends
time with his wife, Jamie, chasing their three kids around.

Bruce Kocsis
Founder and Estimator
Background Information
Bruce has been a South Bay resident since 1978. After a
career as a lifeguard, he switched gears, working in construction
starting in 1979. As he gained a strong foundation in the building
industry, he chose to focus specifically on plastering, working
for an Irvine-based plastering company for 5 years. In 1990, he
opened his own company, B. K. Plastering, Inc. By hiring the most
talented craftsmen for his crew, B. K. Plastering, Inc. creates
some of the most beautiful homes in the South Bay and has done so
for the past 19 years. With the support of his wife, Nancy, their
two children & daughter-in-law, Bruce made his entrepreneurial dreams
come true.

Background Information
B & K Plaster Corp carefully chooses its crew members based on their work
ethics, artistry, teamwork and talent. Most members have worked for B& K
for several years. The crew is a tight-knit group. Crew members extend
this family feel to their work, taking each job personally, treating each
house as if it were their own home.
